K5 Challenge Country Field Trip, Friday, May 22. In case of rain the trip will be cancelled. Checks will be returned or voided. If the weather is questionable Friday morning you may call Challenge Country or the school office to check on the status of the trip.

Note from Library: Thank you for your generous support of our library. You sent box tops, ink cartridges, and gave donations of books or money. You encouraged your child to read. I appreciate everything that you did to make the year a success.

I am not sending home a summer reading list as some schools do. Instead, I ask that you take your child to the Laurel-Jones County library and let them read books that they enjoy. Many of our students worked so hard in accomplishing their Accelerated Reader goals, so I think the summer should be spent on reading books of their choice.

Note from Mr. Bartley: All tuition and extended care payments are past due. Please remit payment as soon as possible!
